Personal access
New subscribers pay $1 for their first month, then $15/month in USD. Payment is required before access starts. There is no free trial. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
The subscription renews automatically. Cancel before the next renewal through Manage billing in Settings.
Personal access allows three new sign-ins per service each billing month. Reusing a service session does not count as a new sign-in. Teams and customers needing more sign-ins should request enterprise access.
Open billing
Open Settings and find Billing. When billing is available for your workspace, Manage billing opens the billing portal. You need the appropriate workspace permissions.
If billing is unavailable
Email contact@useajar.com with your workspace name and what you need to change. Do not email card details. An unavailable billing control does not indicate whether a previous payment succeeded.
Questions about a charge
Include the billing email, date, amount, currency, and invoice number if you have it. We can use those details to locate the charge.
